Sapphire Builders have the upmost respect for our client's personal data only processing personal information for the following purposes: to contact our clients to discuss a project that we might be working or that we have been asked to quote upon.

• Your name - its nice to know the people we might be working for

• Your contact telephone number - sometimes we like to chat on the phone.

• Your email address - we like to reduce the amount of paper we use so often communicate via email when sending plans and invoices.

• Your postal address - it's handy to know where you want us to build.

We never use any information gathered for any purposes except those outlined above. We will not use your information for any email marketing or similar activity.​

We use Gmail and your email address will be stored in our contacts folder - like you would with a friend. Like any email system data is stored securely by those clever data centre people but you can read all about that here if you wish.
