We were very nervous as first time renovators. Paul and his team supported us every step of the way from an open and honest kick off meeting at the start - helping to set our expectations, to reassurance throughout the whole process.
The team were fantastic, tidy and friendly. All work was completed on time and they even incorporated a few last minute changes (skylights and a wall move), each time giving their expert advice on how best to proceed.
They really became part of the family and were missed when the build came to an end. Even our neighbours were impressed with the speed and consideration given to them
(the neighbours had a bad experience on a previous build).
Paul managed the whole project for us and I would recommend this, he worked with our own tradesmen as well as sourcing specialists such as electricians, plumbers and roofers etc, all qualified to the highest standards.

Claire - Loft Extension
Paul and his team converted our loft into a master bedroom and ensuite. The standard of work carried out was excellent and the quality of materials used were all of a high standard. They had a "near enough is not good enough" attitude and only settled for perfection.
Whenever I had a query, whatever day of the week or time of the day I always felt I could ring Paul or Simon. I was never made to feel a burden and they were always happy to help. Along the way we felt all the decisions made were in our best interest and we had full trust in all the advice they gave us. The entire Sapphire builders team were helpful, polite and friendly and we are very satisfied with the end result.

Paul and his team had already carried out a large alteration project at our business premises in 2014 the work was carried out with minimal disruption to our day to day operations even if it meant paul working out of hours so we thought when we decided to build a new storage unit paul was our man to contact he dealt with the hole project for us from start to finish inc planning consents and dealing with various building issues cant really praise paul and his team enough for all there help advise and professionalism on both projects
